GumballxPenny is my all time favorite ship but with 2 seasons left as far as we know a break up might be inevitable cause Adventure Time and Regular Show did the same thing with the 1st crush girls and with that said if Gumball and Penny were to break up who would be the replacement girl? Alot of people want Carrie but it think it would be Clare Cooper, I know Clare doesn't like him and has a boyfriend but Clare will probably get more episodes cause they probably didn't make this character for nothing,Gumball and Clare could get dumped the same day, feel bad for each other, hang out, and develop feelings for each other. But don't take this journal to seriously cause i'm just talking out the a**.

What's the Hell is with Penball?
I am a huge supporter of Gumball and Penny being a couple but have you ever notice when they finally became boyfriend and girlfriend a majority of there episodes are always negative
When Gumball misunderstands a message from Penny online, he thinks he is about to lose her as his girlfriend. In an attempt to prevent this, he sets up a treasure hunt for her. So Gumball puts Penny through a bunch of hell, granted it wasn't intentional and Penny does forgive him in the end but still.
Through what else a misunderstanding Gumball was late for a date with Penny he goes through a bunch of bull to get there and when he finally gets there what happen
The End of an Era
If you hadn't heard by now Regular Show, The Amazing World of Gumball and now Adventure Time (Proof for AT ending here http://www.avclub.com/article/adventure-time-will-end-after-its-ninth-season-243321) is coming to an end very soon. It's sad to see these show go but it's for the best to see them end before they'd become another Spongebob or Fairly Odd Parents.
When these go the remaining show we'll have left as of now are Steven Universe (Being rumored to end at Season 5 but we have no confirmation yet) We Bare Bears, Teen Titans Go!, The Powerpuff Girls 2016, Clarence, Uncle Grandpa (Ending soon as well) and Mighty Magiswords.

Pretty hard to see, I mean, she is a 1 time character. Buuuuuut, no one else comes to mind, sooooo you may have some water.
I know Carrie, but by all means her character is hard to actually see any romance in. The last time I've seen an Emo love story it was Twilight. The second to last one was Ned's Survival guide, though..
